Stayed at Ultimate Views Luxury

Queenstown a place full of true beauty, the same cant be said about Allen the property manager who screamed and abused the group I was staying with over a small inconvenience. One member believed It could've been Allen from the hangover. Unfortunately, Allen from the movie wouldn't act like this pathetic excuse of a man. The lack of toilet paper was also unacceptable, having to resort to the curtains on the second day was far from ideal.... If you would like to follow up on this please call me: 033443043 chairs

Hi Lachie,

Thank you for your emails and continued attempt through reviews to offset the inexcusable behaviour caused by yourself and friends over the New Year period. You may not have the intellect to fully comprehend the consequences of your actions through loud music, verbal absuse, urinating, being sick not only around the house your parents booked in good faith but also the surrounding residents with whom you blatantly insulted whilst being drunk and disordely, and why our Guest Services team were called on many occassions.

Thankfully due to our impecable on-going relationship no further action will be required and a reminder to anyone that wishes to book with Goodstays over the New Year period that we require the leading group member to be 25+ years of age, photo ID and are required to be present at the property which was not the case with this group. 

This is cearly comical to you and the reason why we have spent the last decade working on these processes and procedures to have in place for our homeowners and to respect the neighbouring residents. 

If you manage to focus as much on 2021 as you have trying to slander my colleague and our company, I am sure you will have a very prosperous year.

Great wee place with lots of amenities. Great service when we had an issue. They fixed within hours of reporting. Close to town so easy walk. There was no car park as stated in the info, as was taken up by guest below. And would only fit a small car. Road noise was not an issue. Would stay again

It is one of the best house i stayed in queenstown with best view and ample space at hall and kitchen. Loved the kitchen and kids enjoyed the stay throughout week. Very well maintained and can't expect better than this for family holiday.
