Central Lake Views | Centrally located townhouse, well equipped with heating, parking, views!

We had difficulty finding the place because goo gle is telling us differently but Allan gave instructions on the right way which I missed out but the place is pretty much and location is very close to the tourist spot. My family really loved the place. It was all worth it

This property has fantastic lake views, is close to the main part of town, and is very upscale and comfortable. Out family had been traveling for two months upon our arrival here and every one of us said this was our favorite home. The decor is modern and contemporary, layout is comfortable, and the lake views are amazing.

이숙소의 뷰와 내부시설은 너무너무 좋았다. 그러나 우버로 집에 내렸을때 우리는 집을 찾기위해 엄청난 언덕을 캐리어를 끌고 올라가야했다 아파트를 들어갈수 있는 도로를 알려준다면 (예를들면 kent55같이)찾기 조금더 편했을거같다. 시내를 오가는데 성인 3임에도 불구하고 항상 우버를 부를수밖에없이 많은 계단과 언덕이 있었다.

Allan’s place was perfect! Incredible views of the lake and mountains without being too far away from centre of town. 5-10 min walk down the hill to town. We spent all our down time in the lounge room or on the balcony because the view was so breath-taking. The house is a holiday in itself. Extremely clean and well-kept house with all necessary amenities. Bathrooms were beautiful and had a luxurious feel! Absolutely loved our stay and would stay there again/highly recommend to anyone with a group of 5-6 travellers. The only damper was dealing with Goodstays, rather than directly with a host. When we arrived, we were a little confused by the pages and pages of Goodstays info we had been sent and accidentally went to the wrong room. We called Goodstays and the contact we spoke to was not very helpful and quite rude, demanding whether we had read the instructions. Not the nicest start to our holiday when we were already a little stressed and tired after a long day of travelling!

Great place. Excellent amenities. We requested for a 2 hour late checkout which was granted immediately for an extra fee of $80. Given we had stayed for 8 days it may have been a nice gesture to waive the extra fee. But all in all a great place, highly recommended.

The house was extremely clean and modern. Close proximity to central Queenstown. Beautiful area and views from the deck. Well stocked house with everything we could have needed. Will definitely be back.

We had the best stay at Allans air bnb, the view from the balcony was so picturesque. Located right in town walking distance to everything you need to see and do, but yet it was so peaceful and you got to really enjoy the space. Whilst it was a townhouse, it was so spacious and did not feel that way at all! Highly recommend staying here to make your Queenstown holiday! Thanks so much Allan, we'd definitely be keen on staying again!

The townhouse is exactly as what’s shown in the photos. Very modern, well maintained and clean. Would be better if basic toiletries and more trash bins (there is only one in the kitchen throughout the entire multi-story townhouse ) are provided. Host don’t respond in a timely manner outside of their work hours.

It is a great place with an amazing view of Queenstown and the lake! Everything is super clean and it’s well stocked with daily use amenities. Two things to be aware of. The walk up the two giant hills to the unit from Queenstown is a real huffer, and the unit itself has a lot of stairs. If you’re youngish and/or reasonably fit it shouldn’t be a problem, but it definitely takes some of the spontaneity out of popping into town for a coffee or treat. But once you get up/down the hills, town is right there, so the location is fantastic!

A really nice place, very modern. Great location, nice view from the balcony. Everyting is fantastic. Host is very kind. King size comfortable bed. Plenty of spaces. Recommend this place!

A bit difficult to find but a great place

Awesome place! We had an incredible time in Queenstown. Easy to access all the good spots and a short walk down into town. Highly recommended!

Loved it. This is a beautiful town house with incredible views. The house was immaculate. Everything done to a really high standard. Very comfortable and clean. It's just a short walk from Queenstown centre. Pretty steep uphill on the way back though, but the views are worth it! Absolutely recommended. Would love to stay again.

Lovely views, clean tidy house with lovely retro decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This place was awesome, pictured as it is, great views. Walkable to town and as others mentioned it had a couple steep hills on your way home, but nothing too crazy. We walked those hills once or twice a day and it’s very doable, and most of us wore flip flops. Working fireplace in the unit with lots of wood, we used that daily which was cool. Two things that would be nice to update. 1. Very small - the Wi-Fi info in the email was wrong, but the correct info was located on the fridge. 2. This place was quite hard to find the right unit. Partly human error as I missed the unit was “M” initially. Even so, GPS takes you right to the front of the complex when you actually need to pass it and take your first left (up second big hill). Then you turn left into the first left turnoff in the culdesac. That took us a while to find and is not specified anywhere. Would definitely recommend this place though!

Estivemos em Queenstown por 10 dias e nos sentimos em casa! O apartamento está bem decorado e com tudo que precisamos! Realmente adoramos ficar hospedados lá! São 3 andares onde o primeiro é a garagem privativa e entrada (onde tb fica a máquina de lavar roupas), no segundo andar ficam os 3 quartos e no terceiro andar fica a cozinha e sala de onde temos a vista maravilhosa do lago! O único contra se vc tem questoes de mobilidade ou malas grandes são as escadas! O apartamento é todo automatizado e nos proporcionou dias de muito conforto! Ficariamos aqui outras vezes :)

Nice vibe and great view. I would say it’s a posh staying experience. Side note, although it’s a short walking distance to town, the slopes are a killer especially for my parents.

When we made our booking, the online photos were old photos. Actually it's newly renovated property, everything is very new and clean. We were surprised. The price is bargaining with such good conditions, location is 5mins walking to lake side, all heating worked well (wall heating, floor heating, rail heating, air conditioning), everything you need in kitchen. We definitely will book it again

Location is very central to the town, a short 8-10 minutes down but the steep uphill and downhill is not for the faint hearted.. also there seems to be many house-rules (more than normal Airbnb units) and stairs in the home. Nevertheless, the unit is posh, fully equipped, nice, cozy and really beautiful.

Great house, nice views, limited parking space if you have more than 2 cars

Central lake views Habeke M. Second bathroom is also the laundry is very old and shower is not sealed. Family refused to use it. It is not like the ensuite. No drawers in any bedrooms, only coat hangers and high shelving. Dirty old paint throughout. Garage door is broken and no instruction as how to operate manually. Renovation not complete. No basic condiments in pantry. No way to empty ashes from fire place. No area hints or tips.

Great location. Communication was really good and check in super easy. We really appreciated being able to access the property a little bit earlier than intended. It was lovely and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay
