Goldleaf Lodge - Elevated, lake-gazing perfection

I liked the place .

Beautiful home! Great views and the unit was as advertised. However, I was shocked that we were told to drive our garbage to the airport after checkout. We did not have a vehicle and this seems like excessive checkout rules. The airport was a 15 minute drive from the unit. We were already paying hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees. Garbage disposal should be part of that fee.

Bedding and linen were great, view was amazing. Layout was ok however smaller than expected from photos. The photos are not really an accurate picture of the place. Pile of dirt at front door where work not completed was not a nice welcome. The place appeared a bit tired and needed an up lift. Backyard was covered with dog faeces, so could not let children play there. Door to dryer was broken and could not be used. We were really disappointed that the pool table was missing and when we informed it was one of our main reasons for us choosing this accommodation, there did not appear to be any compensation or concern from Goodstays/airbnb. For the money spent we were a little disappointed but we did not let it put too much of a damper on our family holiday that we waited over 2 years for the family to enjoy.

Amazing location. We used the outdoor area for a first look for our wedding and the view was amazing. The furniture and artwork is very dated. Street parking is difficult.

This is a perfect place to stay with your friends and/or family

Great atmosphere and a very comfortable. Highly recommend it

The place was amazing and we did enjoy our stay. Unfortunately the actual property was very dirty on arrival and we had to buy cleaning products to bring the property for habitable conditions. Further there were used alcohol bottles and light bulbs fallen on the floor,these did not match the promised description of the property Another thing that needs to be considered is the overall child friendly nature of the property,none of the back yard had proper railings or safety barriers. Amazing place with incredible view and very handy location to town, airport and ski fields. Highly recommend!

Good stay

Very nice place, good in-between from Airport to Town. Fantastic Views, although was a connected home did feel secluded and did not notice neighbours at all.

Great location and great size house for a large group / family. Facilities are being updated and are looking great. Works well for weddings groups when getting ready on the morning of wedding as we did

Great house, beautiful view. Lots of room throughout, house was very clean and tidy.

Beautiful home with a great location. Good for large groups. Better for older children and adults. Washing is available here between 9-5pm at an additional cost.

House was perfect for our big family, checking in was super easy! So convenient and close to everything. A few things that need work on but great for big families!
