Excellent communication, couple of issues but were sorted out very quickly. Lovely place has everything one needs and or want. Only suggestion will be to have more lighting on the deck and at the entrance. Highly recommended and would love to come back and stay again. Thanks

Beautiful part of the world to visit. We were very comfortable, perfect layout for families - a home away from home. Versatile living spaces that could be closed off from the stairs if you have little people. Well equiped kitchen if you feel like staying in and cooking with the local produce. Hot tub was the best especially after big active days. We walked into town a few times, going down was a breeze, I won’t lie it’s a bit of a challenge on the way back especially if you are pushing a pram. An excellent workout!

The house was very well set up, and the kitchen well appointed (we like to cook and share meals) The beds were very comfortable. It's a short drive to town centre where there is so much going on and great shopping. We had a full house to attend a wedding. 3 1/2 bathrooms, two living areas and central kitchen dining meant everyone could have their own space if they chose, or join with the group in the central area. The spa was delicious at the end of the day. We had clear nights the stars put on a show while we soaked. Every bedroom and living area had its own heat pump. That meant our group, who came from the tropics, the north and local South Islanders, could all be comfortable The wifi was great, large tvs I the lounges and even a beautiful guitar. There were plenty of games, jigsaws and books as well. You need to be able to comfortably have stairs, as the accommodation is on three levels. I thoroughly recommend Allan's place.

We had a great visit to Queenstown and Vancouver Spa Views was a wonderful part of it! Positive: Awesome view. Everything worked - including the hot tub! Great little hike just up the hill to even better views! Negative: A little cumbersome getting in//out of the garage and front door. If we had had a low-riding car I don’t believe we would not have been able to get up/down the driveway without scraping the bottom of the car. The 10pm curfew - even if quiet - is a real downer given the hot tub and night sky. An ice maker would be nice but thank you for the ice trays!

Incredible air BnB and good location aslong as you don’t mind walking up the hill to get to it. Amazing views and was an amazing holiday. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Queenstown at the property. It was clean and well presented and the hosts were very responsive to any queries we had. A little more clear information surrounding the recycling options would be useful. Otherwise I can highly recommend this property.

Beautiful surroundings and views from the living room and balcony. An easy 15-minute walk to town and a slightly more challenging 25-minute walk from town to the house. Quite a steep driveway, so lower vehicles may struggle to access the driveway and park in the garage easily. A very well-equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, pots, pans, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, etc. A decent blue tooth sound bar in the living room makes for easy listening to music. Several blinds either don't open or close, which can be a nuisance. It may have been just for our visit, but the Spa was not up to temperature (23 degrees) when we arrived and it took 24 hours to get up to 38 degrees Celsius. Once the spa was up to temperature and the underfloor heating had heated up, it was an enjoyable place to stay and is far enough from town for the peaceful quiet, but close enough to easily walk or take a short $8-$10 Uber to town. My friends and I would happily stay at this house again.

Accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything we needed on hand. Catered for a large family well and we would definitely like to stay again.

Beautiful house with amazing views over the lake. Spa pool was perfect, very well equipped kitchen, lots of bathrooms, and all very clean. Sheets were a bit over starched - looks great but not as comfortable to sleep in. Very short drive to town - quite a hike up the hill if you wanted to walk! Wonderful stay and highly recommend!

THe home was everything we expected it to be, there was a few maintenance things that need to be done for the home to be considered in 100% operational condition (sticky sliding doors) we did however manage.

House was spacious and warm. Great views over the lake. Spa was a hit with the kids. Up a very steep driveway so this was a bit awkward with low cars and a trailer. House is right up on the hill above Queenstown so the walk into town was great but the kids couldn't cope with walking back. Walk up time hill behind house was awesome. House had everything we needed, well equipped and comfy.

Great location with Fantastic views down the lake and to the Remarkables. Under floor heating in the open plan living, dining and kitchen keeping the whole house warm and cosy. The whole family loved the spa and the sunny out door area.

I booked a rental property through Good Stays in Queenstown initially for a wedding elopement/weekend. While plans changed and I was unable to change or alter the booking (I did not ask for either because the policies were clearly noted AND I still had use of the place), my parent's & I enjoyed a relaxing & quiet weekend in Queenstown ourselves. The place was amazing - with incredible views, AND a jacuzzi on the patio deck! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, and all rooms made up for guests as per requested & confirmed in advance. The check-in and check-out process was streamlined with use of a mobile app, with zero issues before, during, nor after our stay with a full refund of the bond. I'd definitely consider booking another stay with Good Stays!

We had a wonderful stay and was brilliant views from nearly every room of the house. There was ample space for our group of 8 and everything was on hand to use. Very helpful when travelling with children. We did have a couple of issues with plumbing and electrical issues but these were taken care of and dealt with straight away. A wonderful, relaxing stay.

Great accommodation, shame we were let down by Goodstays and their staff. Disgusting attitude and most unhelpful. We didn’t have all of our bond returned due to a “call out fee” because the hot water stopped working. Would not recommend Goodstays and certainly won’t be using them in the future. I wish i had read more reviews before booking!

The apartment was vast, practical and last but not least warm. The view spectacular.

This is a beuaitful view home high above Queenstown. Gret views, but quite a walk or bike ride up hill. It was well equipped and we had several lovely meals there. Spa was a great finish to many days of nearby mountainbiking.

All good as advertised. Our rental Maugers Merc luxury coach could not be parked closer to the entrance door due to design slope and gradient of the access road leading to the apartment. We had to park opposite the road and walk. Even a Range Rover just made the clearance. The tow ball rear unit will scrape the premix road.

My family came together from Australia and New Zealand to this beautiful house that met all our expectations. The spa was divine, as was the view.

This is the second time we have stayed at Vancouver Spa Views. The location is fantastic and the property perfectly catered for our group of 6 on a snowboard holiday.The condition of the property was not as good as the first time we stayed - although the spa area looks to have been redone, the inside of the property does appear to be suffering from some general wear and tear. Time to re paint perhaps? Everything else was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends :)

thank you to goodstays qtown for being so understanding when our holiday had to be altered due to my parents poor health. they are 80 and 83 and this was possibly our last big holiday as a family of 8 to spend with them. you couldnt have done more for us including our very early bookin time to keep them out of the cold. the house was warm and cosy on arrival making the "welcome" feel genuine. we did have to phone about a faulty light switch but the electrician was at the house within 2 hours to fix it. overall an amazing spot with fabulous views and plenty of space. thank you goodstays!

We had a fantastic week in our Queenstown apartment, the facilities were clean and modern and we were made to feel very welcome by the good stats team.
Wee took up the suggested restaurants in the guide for two memorable meals and also enjoyed a night of board games and BBQ with a beautiful view.

Clean, spacious and most importantly warm! The accomodation would be perfect for group of 8 or a family. Fantastic veiw, short drive to town and a toasty spa waiting for you when you return. We had a fabulous stay. Only down side was that although you could walk to town the house is positioned at the top of a very long steep hill. The walk down may be okay but the walk up is not something you would want to be doing often. If you stay here you need a car.

Such a great place to stay. We had a group of 4 couples, and this house was amazing. Heated floors, multiple bathrooms, spa pool and epic views make this such a perfect place to stay. We definitely hope to get the chance to be back here one day.

The property was excellent. Very large home with 4 large bedrooms and two separate living areas. Great for a large family. Very good condition. Nice and warm with under floor heating. A little difficult to control the temperature with no thermostat controls anywhere ... sometimes too hot, sometimes could be a little warmer. When we arrived the spa was not working but a portable replacement spa was delivered same day so excellent service here. My only gripe would be that Goodstays staff were not really welcoming of us reporting anything that was broken in the home ... I think that's because we were actually speaking to the owner and he wasn't too keen to have to spend money. Not sure was worth what we paid but heh that's probably everywhere in Queenstown. Overall excellent and recommended.

Clean and tidy apartment style getaway. Spa pool on the deck and fantastic views. Close to town but quiet as well. Modern amenities and comfortable. On top of the hill so not really walkable from town but only a $10 taxi ride. A few things weren't functioning properly but we advised the management company on checkout and they were going to look into those. 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (shower only) plus 3 toilets (one in each bathroom plus a 3rd downstairs). Safe and secure apartment. Quiet and perfect for short or long stays.

Excellent well appointed home in a handy position

I can only give it 10 out of 10... From reservation to communication to details on the keys, to the actual house & its wonderful facilities, to check out and refund of the bond. All really super efficient, friendly, high quality. The house itself is very well equipped, the spa with he view over the mountains after doing the half marathon was priceless!!

The apartment was nice with a great view of the lake and mountains. What was disappointing is that the outdoor spa stopped working after two nights into our stay. We had specifically booked this apartment for the use of the spa so we were really disappointed when the response we got from Goodstays was just "sorry for the inconvenience". Also, the underfloor heating was not working and the sink in our bathroom was not draining properly.

We had actually stayed in the same apartment last year and enjoyed the stay. We understand that things can break from time to time but the way in which the issues were dealt with by management will be a deterrent from staying there again in the future.

Stayed here for 7 nights with a group of 7 friends. Awesome was the only way to describe our experience. The place was spacious, warm and welcoming. It had all amenities we needed plus the spa which we used every day. The only complaint I could make is that the neighbours used the spa during the day when they thought we were out. Not a big deal though, just a little bit scary to see random people walking through what it meant to be your property. Overall we would definitely recommend this house. Only a $10 cab to town and amazing views from the top of the hill.

Great place for a family of 6 ranging from 17 to 50's. Lots of space, enough so we weren't on top of each other. Views are AMAZING. Kitchen is well-equipped, everything is comfortable - we couldn't have asked for any more.
given its position at the top of the hill you do have to be feeling strong to walk back up from Queenstown, but a taxi is only $10 if you can't face the climb.
If you get the chance stay in this house - I'm sure you won't regret it.

This house was in poor condition. There were holes in the wall of the master bedroom and the staircase. There was mould on the ceiling and skirting of the master bedroom and downstairs lounge. The house was not clean when we arrived. The incorrect wifi password was provided and took 2 days to sort out. The property manager has passed our concerns on to the owner, which does little when tradesmen were painting around our front door at 9 am. The furniture and decor was ordinary, the house would be suited to a family skiing holiday but is definitely not a luxurious or executive accommodation, the house is in need of a thorough clean inside and out as well as building work for damp.

The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing and it even snowed up at the house while we were in Queenstown! The floor heating was fantastic and kept the house warm despite the freezing temperature outside. However, an extra blanket for each of the beds would have been appreciated and would have allowed us to use a little less electricity.

Despite the welcome book saying the spa had been preset and we should not need to make any adjustments, we found it was set to 21 degrees upon our arrival so we did need to make an adjustment. Once we figured out how to set the spa (both temperature on the spa and at the master control in the garage) the spa was a fantastic treat on the chilly mornings and evenings.

The house is at the top of a very steep hill. While the walk down was easy enough, we chose to catch a taxi back up to the house, which cost between $10-12 each trip.

I would definitely recommend this house. It's clean and comfortable and in a great location. I would stay there again if available on my return to Queenstown.

It was a great stay. My guests and I really enjoyed the the accommodation. It was an absolutely good change up from staying in dirty holiday parks in our previous stay.
The kitchen provided more than it requires (except there was no scissors anywhere in the house). The beds were clean, and free of any bed bugs. There were enough bathrooms for our 8 guests and were indeed very clean.

There are a few spider webs and there were several dirty sections on the wall of the house. The downside to this stay is that the technology in the house were a bit outdated and you need to prepared to be able to walk up a few flight of stays to get into your bedroom, or walk down to the garage to get to the washing machine.

**ALSO, be really careful when you attempt to go up on the driveway. Depending on what vehicle you have, your vehicle may not be able to reach the parking lot or garage of the house. May be use to park you vehicle on the side street if you don't want the bottom of your vehicle to be damaged.

Overall, Vancouver Spa Views is considered a very clean house and provides mostly everything you need for your stay in Queenstown. I recommend it.

Great place to stay, a long walk up the hill, but taxis are cheap enough and pretty easy to get. Clean and tidy house and plenty of room for 8 people.

A beautiful home although for the money paid there should be more tv stations available. The spa wasn't in great condition. Other than that the house was fantastic - thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday in Queenstown basing ourselves at the Vancouver Spa and would recommend it to others as a great place to stay.

Great location on top of hill with great mountain and lake views. 4 good size bedrooms, 3 of which enjoyed lake views. One of the bathrooms adjoining a bedroom has a very small sink though. Overall very comfortable stay, linens are clean and new. However, the kitchen counter, dining table and staircase rails were dusty; BBQ hot plate was excessively greasy and the grill was rust-crusted, and worst of all it ran out of propane within 10 minutes. Phone call to manager was not answered until next day. We had to go out to get the propane tank filled in the middle of cooking dinner. Even though the cost of filling was reimbursed along with deposit within a few days, it should not have happened in the first place. Non-stick pots and pans were deeply scratched.

This property was well presented, and had everything you could need in a rental. Is a 15 minute downhill walk from central Queenstown, and only a $10 cab fare back up the hill. Very impressive view and location. Will book again.

Loved the house and views. Breath taking. Only issue is that the spa is on a timer we didn't know about. There needs to be a proper how to for it. But overall loved it

We were a group of 5 adults and absolutely loved staying at Vancouver Views. The facilities were great and the trip to town, either walking or driving, was not far at all. BBQ, spa, fire place, excellent kitchen facilities, games and extra bathrooms made our stay very comfortable indeed. Loved it and would go back again!!!

Great views and very comfortable and modern facilities for 2 families. Only downside is it is a challenging walk up some steep hills from the CBD. A vehicle is a must with this property.

Vancouver views is a great place to stay if you want an easy and relaxing holiday in Queenstown. It's located a short drive to town and is very comfortable.

The spa is great for unwinding after a day on the slopes, and the entertaining area is just right for a BBQ or afternoon drinks.

The only nice to have which wasn't available would be internet access.

We are so happy with our choice to book vancouver views through goodstays! the house was very clean, well heated, roomy and comfortable, the spa was a real treat.The house contained everything you could need for a long or short stay!! You can walk into town within 10min and walk home in about 20min as it is all up hill! the views are spectacular! very impressed and would be sure to stay again! perfect for a family or small group!
